 Meet the TeamÂ
Dax Junker is a real estate attorney who started in the title industry in 1991 after graduating from high school in Tulsa, OK. Dax continued working in the title industry while he obtained his JD from the University of Oklahoma, School of Law. He went into private practice with the law firm of Gable & Gotwals where he focused on oil and gas litigation from 1999 to 2003.

In 2003, Dax became President of Oklahoma OneStop, a title company and joint venture with LandAmerican OneStop. In 2004, Dax became a Member and the President of Community Closing Services, an affiliated business arrangement with a real estate brokerage and builder. In 2009, Dax formed Main Street Title Company, a joint venture with a large regional builder, which he owned and managed from 2009 to 2018. In 2013, Dax created Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC (TC&E) a national title company. In 2019, he partnered with The Fay Group where he continues to serve as President of TC&E.

Dennis and his brother Dax founded Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC. in 2013. In the years since, Dennis has overseen the day-to-day operations of the firm and has seen it expand from its humble beginnings of only 20 employees to a full-time staff of 150. Throughout his career, he has managed reverse mortgages, origination, default servicing, residential properties, and underwriting. Prior to founding Title Clearing & Escrow, Dennis spent time with national mortgage companies Gateway and Countrywide as well as with Farmers Insurance. He even owned his own mortgage company for seven years, Equity Mortgage Group, and was a correspondent lender with a warehouse line of credit from a national bank. Additionally, Dennis also holds an active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Tiffany manages Title Operations for the Default Servicing division as well as provides end-to-end Title Curative, Assignment and Lien Release services nationally. She has worked in the title industry for 21 years in both private legal practice and with national servicers and underwriters such as Bank of America, Nationstar and Stewart Title.

As SVP of Operations, Cara works with our clients to understand their goals and ensure their needs are met. A business development expert, Cara has over 20 years of title industry experience and is highly skilled at operations, client support, and vendor management. Most recently, she served as executive vice president at TitleClose, where she worked with title agents on closing cost calculators and mobile apps, as well as focused on client engagement, sales, and marketing. Cara also held executive positions at LandAmerica, Service 1st and EPIC Real Estate Solutions and is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania.
